BARNES, Circuit Judge: This is an appeal in forma pauperis and in propria persona from the denial of a § 2255 petition. Appellant had originally entered a plea of guilty to an indictment charging him with a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a). The court below had jurisdiction of both proceedings (18 U.S.C. §§ 2113(a) and 3231; 28 U.S.C. § 2255), as we have on this appeal (28 U.S.C. §§ 1291, 1294 and 2255).
